Life Membership Award

Application deadline  January 1st
The Life Membership Award is presented to those Florida coaches who meet the following criteria:

1. 20 or more years of coaching in Florida high Schools
2. FACA member for  at least 20 years
3. Meet 4  of the 7 following achievements:

• FACA Officer
• FACA Board of Director
• FACA State Sports Chairperson\ Vice Chairperson
• FACA  Coach of the Year
• FACA All Star Coach
• FACA State Clinic Speaker
• FACA District Sports Committee Chairperson
